The Meditation Group meets every Monday at 3:15pm at Bridlington Priory Church.
It follows a simple method of meditation based on the teaching of John Main, a Benedictine monk, which can be learned in 5 minutes, but takes a lifetime to practise! It is just a way of learning to be still and open to the presence of God within. A short talk based on the teaching precedes each session.
